AVA - Youth Group Fall Kickoff Event Saturday night, September 20th will be our AVA Fall Kickoff Event. Rather than scheduling something specific, this event is up to you. Show up at the synagogue at 6:00 pm sharp. Wear comfortable clothes; bring some money and your crazy ideas with you. (Then your advisor, Amy, will weed out the absolutely CRAZY ideas!) We'll grab a bite to eat (Wendy's? Big Bully's? Pizza?), then we'll head out on our big adventure! Parents of teens, I know you'll most likely be reading this article, not your teens. Please get them to come out to this. I'd love to see a big group and I know they'll have a good time. If you have any questions or suggestions, I can be reached at abono@meditech.com or 508-699-8636. If you want to send me their (and your) emails, I can add them to my AVA Youth Group distribution group. We also have an AVA blog that you can get to from the synagogue's website. Please ask your teens to check it out! We're looking for teen email addresses!
